We ask that you do your part to help us with this process and decrease the chance of toe, heel, or tongue creasing which will prevent us from being able to take your boots back for return or exchange.




We understand how difficult it can be to find the correct boot size when ordering online. This is why we encourage you to briefly try them on once you receive them. However, our boots tend to mold to your feet very quickly, any wearing of them will start to immediately crease the leather and cause the boot to mold to your feet. 

For this reason, we advise trying your boots on when you receive them, not tying them up overly tight and not wearing them around (inside or outside) as this accelerates the break-in process. When you do try on your boots, remember you are in the virtual store.




Key Guidelines for Trying On Your Boots

  1. Choose a Clean Surface

    • Always try on your boots indoors on a clean, carpeted, or soft surface. Avoid hard, dirty, or abrasive floors that might scuff or scratch the soles.

  2. Avoid Outdoor Use

    • Do not wear the boots outside or expose them to elements like dirt, water, or grass until you’re certain you’ll keep them. Outdoor wear can make the boots ineligible for return or exchange.

  3. Wear Clean Socks

    • When trying on the boots, wear clean socks to maintain the hygiene and condition of the interior.

  4. Limit Wear Time

    • Try the boots on for short periods and avoid prolonged use. This reduces the risk of wear or creasing in the material.




What to Do If They Don’t Fit

If the boots don’t fit as expected:

  1. Repackage the Boots Carefully

    • Place the boots back in the original box with all included materials, such as any packaging paper or inserts.

  2. Follow the Return Instructions

    • Refer to our return policy included in your package or available online to initiate the process.
