WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR REFUNDING MY ORDER?

There are two refund options for returned items.

STORE CREDIT REFUND

One-hundred percent of the value of all returned products is issued in the form of an ORIGIN™ gift card, which will be sent to your email. There's no rush using your credit as it has no expiration and can be used towards any ORIGIN™ purchase.

If you do not have an account, one will be created for you.

REFUND TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT

This refund is issued to your card or other payment method that was used to purchase the item(s).
