International Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to generate international return labels. We ask that you ship the items back to our factory at the following address via your preferred shipping carrier; and we offer to cover the cost of shipping any exchanged items back to you.
Just Ship your unused item(s) back to our factory with a note that states your order number and what you would like to exchange for. We’ll proceed accordingly.
Please be aware that the customer will still be responsible for any customs and duties fees for exchanged items.
Domestic Exchanges
If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to review our RETURN POLICY for more details on what qualifies as a return.
Follow the instructions below to navigate your way through a return.
If your order was placed within the last 30 days, you can use THIS LINK to fill out our return form and begin the process. Scanning the QR code on the back of your invoice will also bring you to this link.
Here you will enter your Order Number and Zip Code and select “Start a return.”
Next, you will select the item you would like to return.
Then, select the reason you want to return your item.
You may be prompted to specify further.
Our Return Policy requires that an item must be unwashed and unworn to process a return. If your item qualifies for a return select “No.”
If you have a problem with an item that is washed or worn feel free to reach out to our customer service team through the contact form or at [email protected] with a photo of your item and order number.
Select If you would like to exchange for a new size or color or a different design of your item.
You can also select “Return or exchange for another item” if you would like to continue with an exchange for a different item.
Scroll and select the Color and size of the new item you would like to receive in your exchange and click “Exchange Item.”
Select another item you wish to return or click “Continue with return.”
Finally, check that you have read, understand, and agree to the return policy conditions and click “Submit return.”
You will receive an email with a free shipping label. Just print the label and attach it to the outside of the return package, being sure to cover any other barcodes or labels on the package, and drop it off with the appropriate shipping carrier.
