We offer a diverse range of Gi and No-Gi sessions tailored to all skill levels. While sessions are often categorized by belt rank to help you find your flow, we maintain an open-mat philosophy—everyone is welcome to attend any session they choose.
To give you a well-rounded experience, our instructors rotate for every session, ensuring you learn from different perspectives throughout the day. Detailed technical focuses for each training block will be posted as we get closer to camp.
You’ll also have the chance to participate in elective sessions hosted by your fellow campers. These are "by the people, for the people," and have previously included yoga, fitness conditioning, and specific groups, making every year’s schedule a unique reflection of the campers in attendance.
