Information on our loyalty program

Can I apply my benefits after I've already placed my order?

Benefits, including vouchers or shipping discounts, must be applied at the time of checkout. Unfortunately, they can't be applied after the order is placed.

Can I merge multiple loyalty accounts into one?

One loyalty program membership is permitted per person per email. Unfortunately, we don’t support merging multiple accounts.

Can I use multiple discount codes or rewards at once?

No, you cannot apply more than one voucher to an order, and loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other Origin discounts or promotions.

Do my points expire?

Points do not expire, but points redeemed as vouchers will expire after 12 months.

Do my previous orders count for points?

Points start accruing at the launch of the program and/or your enrollment in it.  Purchases made prior to either of these events do not count for points.

How do I join?

Sign up for free by creating an account on our loyalty page.  You'll begin earning points right away.

How can I earn points through social media?

You can earn points for liking or following us on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. You can also earn points for sharing our posts on Facebook. Social media points are limited to a one-time redemption.

How do I move up a tier?

Tiers are based on $ spent within a calendar year (starting at the date of your enrollment in the program).  Tier thresholds are listed on our loyalty page.

How do I know how many points I have?

Log into your account at originusa.com to see your points balance.  Your dashboard will show your total points, how to redeem rewards, earn more points, and progress toward the next tier.

How do I use my vouchers?

Once redeemed, vouchers are available in your account for 12 months and can be applied at checkout as a discount. The voucher amount will be deducted from the total order value.

I don’t see points from my recent purchase; where are they?

Points will typically take 30 days to be added to your account. If it’s been more than 30 days and you still don’t see your points, contact us at [email protected]. We’ll help resolve the issue.

What happens if I cancel my order? Do I get my points back?

If you cancel your order, the points earned from that purchase will be returned to your account. The points will be restored once the cancellation is processed.
