Our Instant Exchange option lets you swap your item immediately without waiting for your return to arrive at our factory and pass inspection. This gets your replacement shipped as fast as possible while reducing the risk of items selling out.
How Instant Exchange Works
Submitting an Instant Exchange:
Initiate Your Exchange: Start your return through our portal and choose Instant Exchange on the final step.
Payment Hold: Provide a credit or debit card to place a temporary authorization hold on your account.
Immediate Order Submission: Your replacement order enters our system the moment you hit submit so it can ship out as soon as possible.
Hold Release: Once your original item arrives at our factory and passes the quality inspection, the hold is completely removed.
Return Timeline & Requirements:
To avoid being charged, your returned item must reach our factory in good condition within 14 days of submitting your exchange.
Note: If the item is not received within 14 days or arrives damaged, the authorization hold will be converted into a charge for the full amount of the exchange order.
Difference Between Instant Exchange and Normal Exchange
Normal Exchange (Standard):
Process: You send back your original item using our prepaid label. Once it arrives at our factory and passes restock inspection, your replacement order is processed.
Considerations: Takes longer to complete, and there is a risk your replacement item may go out of stock while waiting. No payment hold is required.
Instant Exchange (Fastest):
Process: Your replacement order is created immediately, locking in your inventory right away.
Considerations: Requires a temporary authorization hold on your credit or debit card until your return is received and inspected.
Processing an Instant Exchange
To process an Instant Exchange, you can follow the steps for placing a normal exchange as shown HERE. At the end of your return, select “Instant Exchange” and fill out your card information before submitting your return.
Please note that Instant Exchanges may only be placed by customers, and once an exchange is fulfilled, we will be unable to edit your exchange order.
